...if the Jetsons had a basement. LOL
Actually, they sorta did have a basement on the lower parking garage levelof the Sky Pad Aprtment building, which was where Henry the building superintendent worked. So he probably had some old diagnostic equipment like this tucked away back there. At the LightHouse exhibit some attendees said it reminded them of Terry Gilliam's "Brazil".
